Three times a day, half an hour before each main meal, dissolve one sachet in 200 cc of water and drink immediately.

If you miss a dose of Fulfil® Effervescent Powder :

Do not double the dose to make up for a forgotten dose. Always take the usual dose as prescribed by your doctor or as stated in this leaflet.

Avoid using Fulfil ^{® effervescent powder in the following cases:}

• Hypersensitivity to the active ingredient or excipients.
• This product is not recommended for people with structural disorders of the esophagus or digestive tract.
• This product is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Warnings and precautions:

• Dissolve each sachet completely in water and consume immediately after preparation.
• Avoid using this product dry.
• For best results and to reduce the risk of constipation, be sure to drink 4 to 6 glasses of water daily.
• Do not consume this product in excess of the recommended amount.

Use during pregnancy and lactation:

This product is not recommended for use during pregnancy.

Taking Fulfil ^® effervescent powder with other medications:

Since glucomannan may interfere with the absorption of oral medications, it is best to take this product one hour after taking medications or dietary supplements.

People who use blood sugar-controlling medications should monitor their blood sugar levels carefully while taking this product.

Driving or operating machinery:

No special attention is required in this regard.
